Water Aerobics

Today I started Water Aerobics at the YMCA. My physical therapists suggested that water aerobics would be a good way to get exercise without putting much strain on my back. I was pleasantly suprised today. So, I'm thankful to find a way to get moving again that doesn't hurt my back too bad. I'm excited to go back again. As an added bonus, Dylan absolutely loved the childcare area. He didn't want to leave. That makes it so much easier for me!
