Our family really enjoys dressing up for Halloween! We always dress up in coordinating costumes. This year we are Star Wars characters! We'll get dressed up again on Halloween for trick-or-treating but tonight we went to the Almodovar family's fifth annual Halloween party!

Today I am thankful for enjoyable times with sweet friends! Amanda and Hugo have been our good friends in college, which seems like a hundred years ago! I am grateful that we have kept in touch and our kids are all great friends. Sometimes God places people in our lives that are steady, kind, and dependable. Friends like these are often hard to come by. I am thankful for the lifelong friendships God has blessed us with and the lively times our families have together! When we're together there are seven kids 10 and under! It can be pretty chaotic but its always a lot of fun!
I am also grateful for the chance for us all to dress up in costumes. I secretly really love doing that!
